NAZI SUSPET CHARLES ZENTAL WINS AUTRALIAN EXTRADITION CASE

A suspected Nazi criminal has won his fight against the Australian government's attempt to extradite him to face trial in Hungary.
Charles Zental, 90, was alleged to have totured and murdered a Jewish teenager in Budapest in 1944.
But the Austrailian Court backed an earlier ruling that he could not be extradicted because there was no offence of war crime in Hungary in 1944.
He has been on the case since 1999 and has also denied committing such crime.
