The court today granted bail to Yinka Johnson, the lady accused of killing a LASTMA officer while driving against traffic in Ajah area Lagos State. Dramatically she was arraigned on a one count charge of driving against traffic, and no mention of manslaughter was read in the charge sheet. She was however given bail in the sum of fifty thousand naira, and a surety in like sum after her lawyers convince the magistrate that traffic offences are bail able.
